Shipping & Deliveries




Order Status:


  • Please log into your account to view your recent order history and tracking information. You can also refer to the shipping confirmation email sent from us to get a direct link to your tracking number.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number to update. If your tracking states "Not Found" or "Pre-Shipment info has been sent to USPS," please allow a full 72 hours since sometimes packages are not immediately scanned after being picked up from our warehouse.
  • Please note that USPS doesn't always scan the packages, but we can guarantee that your order was shipped as promised. Please keep in mind that shipping time arrival may change due to holidays.


Order Processing:

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time frames given below are in addition to the normal processing times.
  • Orders placed with the correct email address will receive an order confirmation email that will display your invoice with a unique invoice number. If you do not receive an email, please double check your spam folder as some email providers may flag emails as spam. If you're still having trouble, please email us so that we may help you.
  • If you would like to change the style or item of your order, please contact us immediately within placing your order. Our team will do our best to manually change the style for you. Please keep in mind that once you receive a tracking number, the package was already shipped and would not be able to be switched out.
  • If you require an address change, please email us immediately. Text or phone call (818) 943-0316. We will do our best to locate your order and change the address for you before it is printed. However, if your package is already sealed and shipped, then it is out of our control. If the package gets returned to us, we will gladly reship the item with a new shipping address once it returns to our warehouse.



ATTENTION: please comment in your order that you would like signature confirmation insurance on your package, if needed. We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages and a signature confirmation will ensure your mail delivers the package to a person. If there is no one to sign for the package, it will be kept safely at your local USPS location.


  • First Class Mail shipping within all US valid shipping addresses including PO Box addresses.
  • USPS First Class Mail shipping typically takes 2- 8 business days after the shipping label is printed. However this is not a guaranteed by date delivery service. Transit times provided by USPS are estimates.


  • USPS or FedEx Home Delivery will be used for standard shipping depending on your address. PO Box addresses will default to USPS.
  • Deliveries with standard shipping typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. Please note, business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (FedEx 2-Day Shipping)

  • Orders must be placed before 12 pm PST to go out on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will go out the following business day. Please note, business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
  • Deliveries with express shipping typically take 1-2 business days to arrive.

FedEx Standard Overnight ( Guaranteed by 8pm)

  • Fedex Standard Overnight is guaranteed to arrive the next business day by 8pm. Please note, business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
  • Orders with FedEx standard overnight must be placed before 12 pm PST to guarantee next day delivery.

FedEx Priority Overnight ( Usually by 10:30am)

  • FedEx Priority Overnight is a delivery service available in all 50 U.S. states which guarantees your package or shipment will arrive next-business-day by 10:30am local time for most parts of the United States. For some rural and remote areas of the country, delivery is done by 12:00pm, 4:30pm or 5:00pm local time. Please note, business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
