RETURNS:
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Simply return your items to:

All returned items must be in original, brand new condition in order to qualify for a full refund. Return packages must include the original invoice, tags, stickers and sunglasses pouch. We need the invoice to retrieve your original order.
We offer free return shipping labels for most domestic U.S. orders. To request a return, customers must email us first. Return labels are only issued by email and apply to U.S. orders only.
📦 International Orders:
We do not provide return labels for orders outside of the U.S. International customers may still return items, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full product refund to the original payment method. Orders returned after 30 days (but within the 365-day window) are eligible for store credit.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES:
We now offer exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

The item must be in original, brand new condition, including packaging.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are approved at our discretion based on condition and inventory availability.

Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item once approved.
