We offer a hassle free 365 day return policy. Simply return your items to:

All items returned must be in original, brand new condition in order to qualify for a FULL refund. Return packages MUST include original invoice and sunglasses pouch. We need the invoice to be able to retrieve your original order.

We offer free return shipping for most items. Buyer must contact us first to request a return label. Return labels will be issued by email only. Free return shipping only qualifies for domestic US customers.

Orders returned within 30 days of purchase date are eligible for a full product refund via the payment method originally used. Orders returned after the 30 day period are eligible for a store credit.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If your item arrives damaged or defective please make sure to email us within 5 DAYS of receipt. Damage claims will not be granted after 5 days of confirmed shipment to your address. To open a damage claims email with your order number and a picture of the damages being claimed.

We do not offer exchanges since our inventory is frequently changing and being updated. All items sent back will be treated as returns and you will have to place a new order on our website for your desired product.
