Lifetime Warranty

At ShadyVEU, we’re all about quality and style—so much so that our lifetime warranty covers our sports eyewear, which includes: Aepex, Aerrow, Noctix, Noctix Pro, and of course, our snow goggles, Nova! If you ever find a material or manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back with a full replacement.

Just a heads-up—when we say “lifetime,” we mean the lifetime of the product, which is 3 years or seasons (whichever comes first)—not your lifetime! ShadyVEU gets to decide what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect, but don’t worry, we’re pretty fair. Our evaluation process usually takes about 2-4 weeks.

 

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear (because hey, adventures leave marks!)

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect (treat your gear kindly!)

• Anything not caused by defects in material or workmanship

• If you’re not the original owner (sorry, second-hand is out)
